Reading my best and worst reviews
I read some of the best and worst customer reviews left on Pepper Pong since our Shark Tank debut.
"Maybe because our family plays outdoor ping pong but this was hard to adapt our rhythm to any of the balls. Going to donate it though. Hopefully it works well for the next owner."
"Inclusion is such a big deal. My dad was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease (PD) back in 2001. He's always been athletic and, as it goes with PD, some of those pieces of himself have been stripped away as the disease has progressed. This is frustrating for all of us - especially my mom who has a hard time connecting with her husband of 57 years as speech difficulties are also frequently part of the PD package. Here's the good news: I brought Pepper Pong to a family get together on Mother's Day and my mom and dad started playing. They were laughing and encouraging each other. Through play, they got to express love, kindness, connection, and support. I can't say enough about the simple brilliance of the game. Thank you."
"Descriptio was mifsleading thought the balls emited an order when hit they do not."
"We usually have Sunday family dinner at my parents' house. It's usually pretty quiet as we chat about the week. But last night, everything changed when Pepper Pong joined the party.Everyone—2-year-olds, 4-year-olds, and even 60-year-olds—wanted to play right away. All four paddles got scooped up quickly; it was a competition before the game even started. There was even more competition between my brother and me. We've played ping pong for decades, but this game is a different beast.Pepper Pong is super easy to set up. The net just sits on the table, so no worries about clunky clamps that break or scratch your surface. Plus, the net never gets tangled or frayed like the conventional ones do.Like pickleball, the fastest-growing sport in America, Pepper Pong has a knack for bringing people together. If you don't like Pepper Pong, you might want to check your pulse."

"I bought this on a whim. I packed it in my suitcase on a family vacation with my 18 and 14 year old daughters. We set it up on a dining room table in our hotel room. Once we started playing we all had a hard time stopping. Each night we'd come back to the room and start playing. I can't wait for the next holiday to get the whole family playing. So fun."
"So my husband was an avid tennis player turned pickle ball player, and now pepper pong player. In January 2025, he had to have a total ankle replacement surgery. His surgeon told him he could never play tennis or pickle ball again. So I bought him PepperPong. I also am recovering from back surgery and struggle with a vestibular disorder called Mieneres disease. I’m even able to play once in a while. Our adult kids enjoy playing with dad as well. So thankful for this game. I want to get it for my church now for the youth group. God bless your work, Debbie Townsend."
