Pre-Order Terms and Conditions
By placing a pre-order with Pepper Pong, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Items marked Pre-Order are sold ahead of our next inventory arrival at a discounted Wait & Save price. You pay less because you agree to wait.
When you place a pre-order, you will be charged in full at the time of purchase, just like a regular order. Your placing of a pre-order constitutes your express agreement to the charging of your provided payment method at that time.
Pre-order items ship in 3 to 5 weeks from your order date. The shipping window is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation email. It is an estimate based on confirmed production and freight schedules, not a guaranteed date of delivery.
If we cannot ship within the stated window, we will email you with a revised date and you can choose to keep waiting or receive a full refund. If we are ever unable to fulfill your pre-order, we will cancel it and refund you in full automatically.
You can cancel a pre-order for any reason within 7 days of placing it. Email play@pepperpong.com with your order number and we will refund you in full to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days.
After 7 days, a pre-order that has not yet shipped can be cancelled for store credit in the full amount you paid, issued as a Pepper Pong gift card.
The 7-day window applies to change-of-mind cancellations only. If we miss our shipping window, the full-refund choice described under Shipping Window and Delays always applies. Once a pre-order has shipped, it is covered by our standard return policy and the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
To keep every order one clean shipment, in-stock sets and pre-order sets cannot be combined in the same order. If you choose one while the other is in your cart, we will ask before switching your cart over.
In-stock accessories and free gifts in a pre-order order ship together with your pre-order.
Pre-order sets count toward free gift unlocks just like regular sets.
Your gifts ship together with your order: right away with an in-stock order, and with your pre-order when it ships.
If a cancellation drops your order below a gift's unlock level, that gift is removed from the order. If it has already shipped, we may deduct its regular value from the refund or arrange a return.
The 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to pre-orders and starts on the day your pre-order is delivered, not the day you place the order. Waiting never costs you any of your trial time.
Your pre-order price is locked in at checkout. Later price changes, sales, or promotions do not change what you paid, in either direction.
Please make sure the email and shipping address on your order stay accurate, and keep an eye on your inbox (including spam) for updates about your pre-order.
Need to change your address before it ships? Email play@pepperpong.com and we will update it. Address changes requested after fulfillment begins may not be possible.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted at the time you place your pre-order is the one that applies to it.
